Moving Forward, Giving Back with ELEVATE
ELEVATE is a quad-combined event focused on promoting Nepal's financial and entrepreneurial communities. ELEVATE is focused on sustainability and entrepreneurship. To foster this, the event is operating under the theme: “Moving Forward, Giving Back”. The self-explanatory theme envisions creating a platform for the youths to have a determined and rigid goal to give back to the community as they move forward in life. The quad-combined event is composed of IDEATE, DISCUSS, CONNECT, and CREATE.
IDEATE
IDEATE is an upcoming business accelerator program that aims to provide businesses with mentorship, guidance, and training to boost their business ideas and help them sustain. The program is open to all businesses and will take place in the Entrepreneurial hub that ELEVATE is establishing in late August.
During the six-month program, businesses that sign up will receive various benefits, including seed funding from a pool of Nrs. 2.5 Lakhs. The program will culminate with a panel of judges and industry experts choosing the best-performing team, which will be given the title of IDEATE winner. The winning team will be incubated by the organizing team of ELEVATE at no cost or equity.
IDEATE was previously an ideathon competition for youth to compete with change-driven sustainable solutions as business ideas. However, the project has undergone significant changes, and the previous model is no longer in place.
CONNECT
The project CONNECT is an exhibition market for local entrepreneurs, businesses, IDEATE participants, partners, and students in an effort to connect them to the community. The exhibitors will be allotted a certain space to present their products or service. The space will be facilitated by musical and dance performances. The venue of the exhibitio shall be same as the projects DISCUSS and IDEATE Finals, supporting the footfall for the exhibition.

CREATE
The project CREATE is the call to action for ELEVATE. Focused on sustainability, the team of ELEVATE shall conduct a series of social welfare programs including the establishment of a community learning centre, establishing a library, and creating an entrepreneurial hub.
The community learning centre shall be established in a rural area to promote an entrepreneurial ecosystem with vocational training and learning facilities. The library project shall focus on establishing a library at a government school in a rural area. An entrepreneurial hub shall be established within the Kathmandu valley with the facilities of networking, co-working space, and business advisory services.

DISCUSS
The project DISCUSS is a focused panel discussion of renowned youth professionals on how youth effort needs to be directed towards a sustainable future goal. The event is happening at St.Xavier's college, Maitighar, starting at 11 am sharp. ELEVATE plans to bring together 3 panellists from the following sectors moderated by a youth leader.
- Media, Journalism, and Entertainment.
- Social Work.
- Business, Finance, and Corporate.
- Information, Communication, and Technology.
- Entrepreneurship.
